Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If you’ve used an item and found it to be faulty, you can request a return and may have other rights such as a right of replacement or refund.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused conditionand still have original packaging and tags attached. 
  • * Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • * Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Liability 

It is important to understand that once products leave AURA MIA, how the product is used is your responsibility, and any damaged caused on them is not at fault by AURA MIA. We can only compensate with replacement of product. You warrant that you have received adequate information regarding the goods to ensure their safe use, handling and storage, and ensure that the products are used responsibly.
